Privacy & cookies, stated plainly.
This page covers this website. How we handle client data on engagements is a different, stricter subject – see Data Security. Last updated: 18 July 2026.
The short version.
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used. It sets cookies, so on your first visit a banner asks you to accept or decline – the site works fully either way, and analytics load only if you accept. We set no advertising cookies, run no ad trackers, and never sell your data.
Cookies and analytics.
What we use. Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a measurement service from Google. When you consent, it sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and understand which pages and sources are useful. GA4 does not store full IP addresses, and we use the data only in aggregate – we do not try to identify you.
Your choice. Analytics cookies load only after you accept the consent banner. Decline, and none are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Google as our processor. Google processes this analytics data on our behalf and may process it on servers outside your country, including the United States, under its own terms and safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and its analytics data-practices notice for detail. We retain GA4 data for 14 months.
Other ways to opt out. Beyond declining the banner, you can use your browser’s cookie controls or Google’s official browser opt-out add-on.
What else this site processes.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. They are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile you.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests files from Google and Google sees your IP address in that request. No cookies are set by this.
The contact form and email. If you write to us or use the form, we receive what you send – typically your name, email, company and message. We use it to reply and for nothing else: no marketing lists you didn’t ask for, no selling or sharing of your details. Enquiries are kept while we correspond and for up to 24 months after, then deleted, unless we enter an engagement – at which point engagement terms govern.
Your rights.
Depending on where you are, data protection law (the EU/UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act 2023, and others) gives you rights over personal data we hold about you – access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent among them. For anything on this page, one address is enough: dpdp@accsera.com. We acknowledge within 72 hours. If you are unsatisfied with our answer, you may complain to your supervisory authority – in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
