Careers
Finance and engineering, on the same bench.
We do two rare things at once: senior-grade finance work, and the software to run it – built in-house. If that combination is what you have been looking for, we would like to know you.
What you would be joining
Two benches, one team
Finance and engineering are not separate departments here. Accountants brief the engineers; the engineers build what the accountants actually need. You would sit close to both.
The work is real
We deliver senior finance work to live clients and ship our own production software – operational BI, costing, CRM, scheduling and practice-management systems, US GAAP financials and Virtual CFO.
People to learn from
The benches are led by senior people from both professions – decades in finance, risk and governance on one side; telecoms, operations and manufacturing engineering at scale on the other. This is a small team by design: you would work directly with them, not three layers down.
Who we are usually looking for
No named opening today. A few people we are always interested in.
The work is delivered from Kochi, India, for clients abroad. If there is a fit, we move quickly. If there is not one yet, we will tell you that too.
Accounting & tax
Qualified or part-qualified accountants who are comfortable with US GAAP, tax preparation and review, and audit support.
Virtual CFO & FP&A
People who can own financial models, the close and board reporting – with the temperament to sit in front of a client.
Engineering
Software engineers who want to build real operational systems, controls-first, inside a finance-led team rather than a feature factory.
