- Prepare or assist in the preparation of US Federal and State Income Tax Returns for mid-sized corporations, small businesses, partnerships (flow-through entities), and individuals.
- Develop and maintain MIS reporting frameworks and prepare relevant reports on a daily, monthly, or other pre-determined frequency.
- Handle special client engagements, including specific analyses and data analytics.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and all supporting documentation for clients, facilitating tax return preparation and meeting bank requirements.
- Manage a team of accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Chartered Accountants (CAs) or Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of US taxation is mandatory.
- Expertise in preparing and interpreting financial statements, accounting, and tax preparation.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online), US tax utility software, and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support the preparation of tax filings, audits, and statutory reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial data analysis.
Coordinate with senior accountants and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or prior accounting experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
